The Beginning
In 1996, Coco Homes became involved with the development of the 859 acre residential development site which initiated the East Riverside urban explosion; an event that gained national recognition and was featured as the cover article in Canada’s Building Magazine (January 1996). As a result of this massive development initiative, providing in excess of 4,400 new homes when fully built out, we are proud to say Coco Homes is the premier choice for home buyers in Windsor.
The Present
Coco Homes has successfully expanded their home construction to the Town of Lakeshore, offering affordable single family homes, located close to schools, shopping and the new state of the art recreational facility. These homes are located in River Ridge Estates off of I.C. Roy and Oakwood Avenue.
Currently, Coco Homes is launching their newest development, East Pointe Lake Villas located in East Riverside, Windsor. Here they will be building beautifully appointed townhomes in one of the most desired areas in Windsor Essex County.
